§ Mr. Neil MartenWe await signature of the formal grant agreement by the Government of Fiji, and the Fiji Department of Foreign Affairs recently undertook to look into this urgently. Five projects were approved in principle by the Overseas Development Administration appraisal mission which visited Rabi Island during October 1980.
