§ Mr. RidleyThe Government have decided to recommend to Parliament that the Status of Association between the United Kingdom and Antigua be terminated by Order in Council under section 10(2) of the West Indies Act of 1967 with effect from 1 November 1981. Copies of the proposed independence constitution will be made available in the Library of the House.
