Whether they will give the names of the 18 year-old American tourist and of the member of the Special Constabulary reported in the press as being the first to grab the man who had fired blank cartridges at Her Majesty the Queen; and whether they will say which of the two ranks as the person effecting the arrest for this arrestable offence.
