§ Mr. Molyneauxasked the Prime Minister if she will take steps to allay public disquiet arising from the attribution to His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales by the Mayor of New York of certain remarks relating to Northern Ireland.
§ The Prime MinisterI understand that the Mayor of New York was reporting that the Prince of Wales looked forward to the day when it would be possible to reduce substantially the number of British troops in Northern Ireland. I know that this is a goal shared by the vast majority of Members of this House.
