§ Mr. MacGregorWhen the world-wide recession comes to an end industries that will recover best are those whose productivity and efficiency match their competitors'. The Government's policies are intended to provide the conditions in which industry in West Yorkshire, and indeed in the country as a whole, can achieve that.
