§ Mr. Peter WalkerThe Ministry normally relies on the PSA for major building works and undertakes only relatively small projects on its own account. For these small projects and for supplies the Ministry uses a scale of tenders which follows a similar pattern to that recommended by the NJCC but is geared to a lower average contract size.
