§ Mr. Onslowasked the Secretary of State for Industry when he expects to be able to reply to the ACARD report "Research and Development for Public Purchasing".
§ Sir Keith JosephI have written to the chairman of ACARD with the Government's reply to the report and have released the text to the press today. A copy of the reply has been placed in the Libraries of both Houses.
