asked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will take steps to prohibit private drug companies from using Scottish Health Service facilities for sales promotions and entertainment purposes.

I believe that health boards are quite capable of making proper judgments about the use of their facilities by drug companies or other manaufacturers of health care products, and that there is no need to prohibit this.
