§ Mr. Wyn RobertsNo. The selective tendering procedures followed by area health authorities in Wales and by the Welsh Health Technical Services Organisation are governed by the requirements of the standing orders applicable to each authority. I am nevertheless advised that the underlying principles of section 3(1) of the code of practice are embodied in those orders.
