§ Mr. Peter ReesThe Budget estimates have not been altered. For the estimates of receipts in 1981–82 from the individual excise duties, I refer the hon. Member to the reply given to the hon. Member for Bradford, South (Mr. Torney) on 1 April.—[Vol. 2, c.97–98.]—These Budget estimates are based on an economic forecast that takes account of the probable strength of consumer demand and of consumer prices.
