§ Mr. MonroThe duty to provide accommodation for gipsies in the United Kingdom is placed on local authaorities, including London boroughs, under the Caravan Sites Act, 1968.
I have already asked the London Boroughs Association and the standing conference on London and South-East regional planning to discuss a gipsy site programme for London and its implications for Kent and the other Home Counties.
