§ Mr. WaddingtonNo prohibition or improvement notice was served on the port admiral or Ministry of Defence. Health and Safety inspectors satisfied themselves that, following internal inquiry and review, fresh instructions as to the use of bosun's chairs were put into effect which should ensure their safe operation.
