HC Deb 15 June 1981 vol 6 cc266-7W
Mr. Davis

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services, pursuant to his answer of 19 May, Official Report, Vol. 5, c. 78, whether it is policy that National Health Service family planning clinics should make any charge for contraceptive sheaths.

Sir George Young

No charge may be made for contraceptive sheaths prescribed by doctors at National Health Service family planning clinics, but sheaths are available at such clinics for purchase by persons not seeking consultation or advice.
