§ Mr. NottA consultative document setting out the findings and the conclusions of the Royal ordnace factories study group under the chairmanship of my noble Friend the Minister of State for Defence Procurement has been 219W prepared, and a copy has been placed in the Library of the House. Copies of the document have been issued to the industrial and non-industrial trade unions concerned, and they will be consulted about the Government's proposals once we have formed a view on the study group's report.
