§ Mr. MayhewThe Criminal Law Revision Committee, in consultation with the policy advisory committee on sexual offences, has recently embarked on a study of the law on prostitution, which will include the problems of soliciting and kerb-crawling. We shall await the outcome of that review before reaching conclusions on the need for legislation in this field.
