§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeOur inquiries are not complete, but so far they have revealed no cause for concern, so long as my Department's advice on the proper treatment of tyres after they have been punctured or damaged is observed. We hope to publish later this year the findings of our limited investigations into the effects of sealants on 147W tyre materials and structure. Work is also in progress on the effectiveness of sealants, but this will take longer to complete.
