§ Mr. Geoffrey FinsbergSince April of this year, expenditure on repair, maintenance and improvement, whether financed from loan, revenue or capital receipts, is potentially eligible for subsidy. I am considering with the Building Research Establishment and some local authorities how remedies for condensation and dampness may be improved. Meanwhile technical assistance is available in "Domestic Energy Notes" 2 and 4 and leaflets for householders. Advice on individual cases can be obtained from the BRE advisory service.
