§ Mr. Ernie Rossasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will list the value of Customs and Excise duties collected in Scotland in the latest available year; and if he will provide a breakdown for the following categories (a) value-added tax, (b) tobacco, (c) spirits and wine, (d) beer, (e) hydrocarbon oil, (f) betting and gaming, (g) car tax and (h) other revenue.
