§ Mr. Peter MorrisonThe Ealing Community Relations Council sponsors schemes under both the community enterprise programme and youth opportunities programme. Funds are made available through these programmes to provide temporary employment for long-term unemployed adults on schemes of benefit to the community and training and work experience for unemployed young people respectively. Three current schemes under these programmes provide employment and training for up to 47 adults and 15 young people at a maximum annual cost of just under £300,000.
