§ Sir George YoungThe panel of members of the development team for the mentally handicapped consists of 82 people and is made up as follows:

Physiotherapists 1 NHS administrators 8 Parents 7 In addition the team has four special advisers who each have a particular area of expertise.
Membership is reviewed periodically and I am satisfied with the overall balance and composition of the team.
