§ Mr. BrittanI refer my hon. Friend to table 19 of the Financial Statement and Budget Report. In addition to the sums shown there for 1981–82, some receipts of income tax and VAT due in March 1981 have been delayed beyond 1980–81 as a result of industrial action.
