§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsThe working parties do not submit formal reports. Under the leadership of the local authorities, their task is both to formulate and implement fencing and gridding schemes designed to combat the problem of straying animals in their localities. This is done with the agreement of the various interests concerned in each case.
