§ Dr. Roger Thomasasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he is satisfied that National Health Service reorganisation in Wales will not emphasise central control with the same body providing the general guidelines and thus exclude views of local people.
§ Mr. Wyn RobertsReorganisation will provide for the delegation of day-to-day decision-making to the local level whilst ensuring that essential central strategic controls are maintained.
