§ Mr. Peter MorrisonNo, but my right hon. Friend the Minister of Transport is considering adopting United Nations Economic Commission for Europe regulation No. 37, which will prescribe standards for most vehicle bulbs. I understand that British manufacturers of vehicle light bulbs consider this regulation will help them to compete with Far Eastern manufacturers who at present are known to be supplying bulbs of indifferent quality.
