Whether they will include in their further review of industrial relations and trade union practices in the European Communities a study of the technique and effectiveness of the recently reported "strike in reverse" (The Times, 29th April) in the Italian Foreign Office, where staff "worked twice as hard" and far into the night in support of a pay claim.
