§ Mr. MacGregorThe June 1980 edition of the American publication "Textile Organon" lists 44 manufacturers of nylon 6 in Western Europe. As far as I am aware, three have since ceased production altogether, although there may have been others. Some firms have also reduced capacity without withdrawing from production altogether.
