§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether he has received the communication from the hon. Member for Newham, North-West together with a letter from Mr. Z. Kaj of Stratford E.15 making allegations against the National Health Service, relating to its inefficiency, neglect and maladministration and to the employment of workers unable to read, write or speak English; and if he has taken or intends taking any steps on this matter.
