§ Mr. FairgrieveThis research was funded through the Chief Scientist organisation of the Scottish Home and Health Department. A report was submitted by Dr. Cameron to the Chief Scientist on completion of the project. As with all medical research projects supported by the Department, publication of the full results of this study in the recognised medical journals was encouraged to allow consideration by the profession at large.
