§ Mr. Hendersonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland when he will publish a consultative document on the implementation in Scotland of part II of the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act 1979; and when parts I and III of the Act will be brought into operation.
§ Mr. RifkindThe consultative document on the implementation of part II will be issued before the end of the month. My right hon. Friend hopes to bring parts I and III of the Act into operation in Scotland later this year.
