§ Mr. Newensasked the Secretary of State for Defence how many officers who have left the active list in Her Majesty's Armed Forces but who continue to hold a commission or to draw retired pay have successfully sought the approval of the Defence Council to undertake employment with military units operating in Southern Africa in the service of foreign Governments during the last two years; and if he will provide a breakdown to show the numbers who have undertaken service with each Government concerned.
