asked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) what was the rate support grant provision for each of the inner city programme authorities in 1978, 1979, 1980 and 1981 at constant prices;

(2) what was the rate support grant provision for each district council and London borough in the city partnership areas in 1978, 1979, 1980 and 1981 at constant prices.

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he will list, for every county and district council in the Yorkshire and Humberside region, the amount of income during 1980–81 from resources element of rate support grant, after taking into account the redistributive effect of county precepts.
