§ Mr. Dewarasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will publish in the Official Report a table showing the capital allocations for housing revenue account services in 1981–82 for each of the 53 district and three island authorities in Scotland at 1981–82 prices, showing (a) provisional maximum capital allocations, (b) provisional minimum capital allocations, (c) final capital allocations, (d) rate fund contribution guidelines and (e) budgeted rate fund contribution.
