§ Dr. VaughanUnder a General Whitley Council agreement to be issued shortly, arrangements for filling management posts during NHS reorganisation in England will be agreed regionally by management and the recognised staff organisations. Using nationally agreed criteria, they will agree whether posts should be filled by their present occupants or by limited competition.
