§ Mr. Peter MorrisonI understand that the Manpower Services Commission's report on future training arrangements in each sector will be published on 30 July. We shall need time to consider it and, if necessary, have further consultations before coming to firm conclusions. We hope to be able to announce firm decisions as soon as possible.
