§ Mr. Neil MartenBritish development aid to Zimbabwe in the current year will be concentrated on post-war reconstruction, land resettlement, essential equipment from Britain, and various forms of technical co-operation including particularly training of Zimbabweans in Britain. It is too early to say what the precise cost will be. Zimbabwe will also be receiving increasing quantities of international aid from the total of £900 million pledged at the donors' conference in March.
