§ Dr. VaughanThe arrangements for the payment of NHS employees, including the implementation of back-dated pay awards for nurses or other staff groups, are the responsibility of individual health authorities. I understand' that it is common practice for authorities to require former employees to apply in writing for the pay due to them.
