§ Sir Ian GilmourThe case of Mrs. Nudel has been raised both bilaterally and by the British delegation to the CSCE Review Conference in Madrid. My right hon. and noble Friend recently reminded the Soviet Foreign Minister of the importance the Government attach to human rights and of the strong feeling in the United Kingdom on this subject, including the question of Soviet Jews.
