§ Mr. Proctorasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he has any plans to discuss the position of the African, Caribbean and Pacific sugar industries when he next meets with the other farm Ministers of the EEC in Brussels.
§ Mr. Buchanan-SmithAt its meeting on 20–21 July, the Council of Agriculture Ministers is to decide what position the Community should adopt when discussions between the ACP countries and the EEC Commission on the minimum guaranteed prices for ACP sugar for 1981–82 are resumed.
