§ Mr. Freudasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will list in the Official Report the number of persons (a) prosecuted and (b) convicted for offences under the following laws in each of the last five years; (i) section 4 of the Vagrancy Act 1824, (ii) section 28 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847, (iii) section 54 of the Metropolitan Police Act 1839 and (iv) section 5 of the Public Order Act 1936; and how many prosecutions were brought against individuals accused of nudity in public by private prosecution and how many convictions resulted.
