Mr. White headasked the Secretary of State for the Environment which sources were used in producing outturn current expenditure figures for 1979–80; and whether information contained in the revenue outturn forms 1979–80 RSIA and RSIB would allow the calculation of outturn current expenditure for 1979–80 for each local authority in England to be made.
§ Mr. KingFigures for local authority outturn current expenditure for 1979–80 were derived from 53 separate items on four different forms. The figures cannot be derived from the RSIA and RSIB forms for 1979–80.
