§ Mr. KingThe Monopolies and Mergers Commission report on the Severn-Trent water authority and the East Worcestershire and South Staffordshire waterworks companies raises a large number of issues—most of them directed to the water undertakings themselves. I am following them up with all the regional water authorities and also with the Water Companies Association.
