§ Mr. Alfred Morrisasked the Secretary of State for Social Services, further to his Department's announcement in December 1980 of £1 million in matching funds for schemes to help mentally handicapped children to leave hospitals, if he will now issue the guidelines for such schemes.
§ Sir George YoungDraft guidelines have been sent to a few representative bodies for comment by the end of this month. I hope to issue the final version very shortly afterwards.
