§ Mr. Alexander FletcherTable 1 below shows the percentage increase in total and male unemployment in the areas specified between May 1979 and June 1981. Table 2 below shows the June 1981 unemployment rates expressed as a percentage of the May 1979 rate, raking the May 1979 rate as the base.
