§ Dr. Edmund Marshallasked the Secretary of State for Trade what is the present position in respect of the draft Ouse and Foss Pilotage Order following his consent that it be published by the trustees of the Ouse Navigation.
§ Mr. EyreThe draft order was published in December last and 18 objections were received by the Secretary of State and put to the trustees for their comments. I understand that the trustees are still considering their response: there is no statutory time limit on this stage of the procedure.
