asked the Prime Minister whether she will recommend to her ministerial colleagues that when making offical reference to strikes in a non-industrial context they should avoid the use of the term "industrial action" and apply specific and accurate descriptions of the type of disruption caused.

I think it best to leave Ministers to use their own language when making offical statements, although I have a lot of sympathy with the point of my hon. Friend's question.
