How many of those arrested in the Southall and Toxteth disturbances gave addresses in those localities, and how many normally live outside the districts.

Of the 23 people arrested in Southall on 3rd July, 15 gave addresses in Southall. Of the 194 people arrested in Toxteth between 4th and 8th July, 110 gave addresses in Toxteth and the remainder gave addresses in the surrounding city area.
