§ Mr. Peter Morrison[pursuant to his reply, 13 July 1981]: Between May 1979 and June 1981 the numbers 410W registered as unemployed in the Keighley employment office area increased by 182.7 per cent. The numbers on which the increase is based include school leavers and are not adjusted for seasonal variations.
