§ Mr. HurdThe countries which have signed the Convention are: Afghanistan, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Cuba, Czechoslovakia, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, German Democractic Republic, Federal Republic of Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Mexico, Mongolia, Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Norway, Phillipines, Poland, Portugal, Sierra Leone, Spain, Sudan, Sweden, Switzerland, USSR, United Kingdom, Vietnam, Yugoslavia.
