§ Mr. Leightonasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what evidence exists of trends since 1975 in (a) offences of violence generally, (b) offences of violence perpetrated by black people against white people and (c) offences of violence perpetrated by white people against black people in the Metropolitan Police district; and whether separate figures are available for Newham area.
