§ Mr. MacGregorIt is not yet possible to estimate the amount of assistance for which the Shell-Esso petrochem-ical complex at Moss Morran might qualify. No selective assistance under Sections 7 or 8 of the 1972 Industry Act has been requested for this project. Regional development grant may become payable at a rate appropriate to development areas. This rate is now 15 per cent. of qualifying expenditure.
